ESSAYS

We work with writers, critics, curators and artists around the world to help them convey their concepts, visions and discourses across language lines.

PRESS releases

Industry turns of phrases are key to promotion across media platforms. Translations above all must not read like translations.

WEBSITES

While galleries and artists have been using English as the lingua franca on their sites, some collectors and art enthusiasts appreciate promotion and information in their native tongues.

Catalogues

Catalogues have many parts. In addition to the main texts, we can help with indexes, captions, citations and chronologies. We also provide editing and proofreading in many languages.

Artist writings

The words artists chose often share the particular spice of their work. Their writing can in fact be an extension of their practice, a gift to readers.

LOAN agreements

Museum1Staff, together with the special art shipper, will arrange for the collection and return of the Exhibition Objects listed in Attachments A, B, and C. However, Museum 2 Staff will attend the inspection, packing, and unpacking of the Exhibition Objects listed in Attachments A and B when they are sent from the Lending Institution to Museum 1 and when the Exhibition Objects are returned from Museum 1 to the Lending Institution, and will accompany the shipment.

DIDACTICS

Wall text, labels, gallery guides. These are all increasingly multilingual and when they are, we establish teams of translators to coordinate terminologies.

INTERVIEWS

Dialogues have specific tones and cadences. They’re conversations that can lose freshness in translation if not rendered idiomatically.
